1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing Last Man Leagues (';the Platform';, ';we';, ';us';), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to suspend any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or otherwise misuse the Platform. One account per person - multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

4. Game Participation

All games on the Platform are subject to the Game Rules. We do not manage, or hold any monetary prizes. Any prize arrangements between players are entirely between those individuals, and Last Man Leagues accepts no responsibility for such arrangements. By participating, you agree to play fairly and in good faith.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• -Engage in any unlawful activity.
• -Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• -Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to manipulate the Platform.
• -Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• -Upload or transmit any malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
• -Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and software on the Platform are the intellectual property of Last Man Leagues or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided ';as is'; without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or disputes between players. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
